I gave my AI agent my last £200

The £200 was the last of it.

Not "last for the month." Last. I moved it onto a capped virtual card, handed control to an AI agent I call Bella, and told her the job: make it back.

This channel is me documenting what happens next — every day, in English, Spanish and Portuguese.

Why I'm doing this the hard way

I can't do physical work anymore. Bad knee, bad hip, a lot of pain, and I need to rest often. Right now I'm unemployable in any normal sense. What I still have is the ability to think, to plan, and to talk to a camera.

So instead of pretending everything's fine, I'm putting the whole thing out in the open: the plan, the roadmap, the philosophy, the money, and the mistakes.

Meet Bella

Bella is my AI agent. She's the one who has to make the £200 work — no extra funding, no safety net. I set the direction; she does the building. Part of the deal is that roughly half the time you won't see my face on camera, because that footage is Bella presenting, not me. That's the arrangement.

What this channel is not

I'm not selling you anything. There's no course, no "secret system," no affiliate links waiting at the end.

I'm also not going to show you shiny objects or tell you what's new and different every week. That's the opposite of the point.

What I will do is show you the day-to-day: what we tried, what it cost, what worked, what flopped, and what the number on the card looks like. If you're thinking about doing something like this yourself, watch closely — you'll see the real version, not the highlight reel.

The shape of the plan

There's a roadmap. Build the foundation once — a website, a way to reach people, a launch sequence — then run products through it one at a time until one of them makes money. First revenue pays bills. After that, we'll talk about what comes next.
